Initial 3-Day Cancellation Period:
The Client can cancel the purchase within the first 3 days of the initial purchase date without incurring any penalties or obligations and receive a 100% full refund, no questions asked.Refund Policy from Day 4 to Day 45:
After the first 3 days and up until day 45, the Client will receive a 100% full refund (plus $1000 for wasting their time) if they demonstrate they’ve acquired zero funding by submitting at least 5 credit card applications and providing documented proof (screenshots or scans) of each denial to our support team’s inbox at support@safronsolutions.com.If the Client can’t submit proof of 5 credit card application denials within the first 45-day period, then the following refund policy applies:Up to the 20th day following the purchase date: The Client is eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount if they have completed at least 80% of the digital product curriculum. No proof of denials is needed.
From the 21st to the 45th day following the purchase date: The Client is eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount if they have completed at least 80% of the digital product curriculum. No proof of denials is needed.
After the initial 45-day period: No refunds will be issued, as our dedicated support team’s digital products and services are considered utilized. Safron Solutions will continue to offer email support to the Client for 16 weeks or until communication ceases for 90 days.
Chargebacks or Disputes:
The Client acknowledges that chargebacks can result in significant costs and administrative burdens for the Company. Therefore, the Client agrees to make good-faith efforts to resolve any disputes or concerns directly with the Company before initiating a chargeback.If the chargeback initiated does not align with the terms of our Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies and take legal action against the Client to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, or damages for up to $25,000.The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of a chargeback initiated by the Client in violation of these terms.The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to the Client if they initiate unjustified chargebacks or repeatedly fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.The Client acknowledges their obligation to read and understand the provisions and policies of the Safron Solutions Terms of Service and agrees that omission to do so is not a defense against any remedies outlined herein.
